St. Patrick's Day\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/St_Patrick_Day\" target=\"_blank\">St. Patrick&#8217;s Day<\/a> it seemed only logical that I had to do an Ireland themed cocktail of some kind for this week.\u00c2\u00a0 But what to choose?\u00c2\u00a0 I already covered <a title=\"CH - Irish Cream\" href=\"http:\/\/cocktailhacker.com\/?p=606\" target=\"_blank\">Irish Cream<\/a> a while back, so that wasn&#8217;t a good option.\u00c2\u00a0 I could certainly go with the bar favorite the Irish Car Bomb but, as you well know, I&#8217;m <a title=\"CH -
